There's none pending. The "Request Proofing" link out to the right of each of your articles under the Article/PR Admin, Edit/View option is for you to click IF you want proofreading. It's an option available, but not required. Even if you accidentally click it and it says Pending, it won't actually be processed unless you have paid for the proofreading service.
